At Haven on the Queensway Haven on the Queensway, we are committed to creating an atmosphere of compassion, respect, dignity, and security for those in need, helping them take steps toward self-sufficiency.
Through our essential services, we strive to address the challenges faced by individuals and families in our community:
• First Care: Supporting families and new parents with newborns up to 6 months old with essential items.
• Food Bank: Serving over 1,500 individuals and families each week.
• Haven’s Closet: Providing free clothing to newcomers and refugees in need.
• Haven Helping Seniors: Supporting and assisting isolated and low-income seniors.
• Hope with Wheels: A street outreach van delivering hot food, clothing, basic necessities, and mental health support to the homeless in South Etobicoke and Toronto three times a week.
With all our programs combined, Haven serves over 6,000 people monthly—a number that continues to grow. Your contribution helps sustain these vital services, creating a ripple effect of positivity and making a lasting impact on countless lives.
The Coldest Night of the Year (CNOY) is a way for the whole community - all ages and backgrounds - to come support and build up the people who need it most.
