This year, the we're gathering at Peel Youth Village, one of SHIP’s locations, bringing the community together to support people experiencing hurt, hunger, and homelessness.
The Coldest Night of the Year is a winterrific, family-friendly fundraising walk supporting local charities across the country — because it’s cold out there. Join us on February 28, 2026, close to home.
For nearly 30 years, Services and Housing In the Province (SHIP) has championed the belief that housing is the foundation for wellness, dignity, and community belonging.
Each year, we support over 5,000 individuals across Peel, Dufferin, and Waterloo Region who are facing challenges related to homelessness, mental health, and addiction. Through safe, affordable housing and wrap-around community supports, SHIP helps people move from crisis to stability and thrive in the places they call home.
This February, our team will walk in the Coldest Night of the Year to raise vital funds and awareness for those experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.
Join us in creating Quality Housing. Quality Services. Quality Lives.
