About United Way Oxford - Tillsonburg

United Way Oxford’s Tillsonburg CNOY Committee invites you to walk with us on Feb. 22nd to help local individuals & families experiencing homelessness, hurt & hunger with all funds invested to support & enhance Tillsonburg services.

Walk to support The Light House, United Way’s transition house that provides a stable home with on-site wrap-round services provided by the Oxford County Community Health Centre. Walk to support many other vital Tillsonburg programs such as the Mobile Outreach Bus, housing outreach, walk-in mental health counselling & more. Homelessness impacts many, from those sleeping on the streets, in shelters, couch-surfing, staying in unsafe conditions or struggling to remain housed; a variety of services & partnerships are required to make a positive impact.

Walk to help our community members who need help to get through a difficult time. Walk to prevent homelessness in Tillsonburg by ensuring targeted interventions & programs are available to keep people safe & housed. Walk to invest in local well-being services required to meet the complex needs necessary to move people forward to a better future filled with stability, hope & opportunity.
