Established in 1986, Street Health (Street Health Community Nursing Foundation) is a non-profit, community-based organization working to improve the health and well-being of the homeless and under-housed population in Toronto.
We strive every day to address the systemic barriers to health through accessible services, education, and advocacy based on the principles of harm reduction.

Mental Health Case Management
I.D replacement and safe storage
Overdose Prevention Site & Safer Supply Program
Harm Reduction Drop-ins, outreach, education and supplies
Hire Impact - training and job support for people with lived/living experience of homelessness and substance use
